Too Faced Cosmetics is of much better quality and made in the USA!!! Their new Natural Eye Kit is amazing and includes 9 eye shadow shades and tutor cards to show how to create the three different eye looks along with the tools to create it; a great value for $34! They also offer the same kind of kit to create the Smoky Eye that is even more terrific with great color, but depending the age of your niece, I don't know what you are looking for.
