My face and my cosmetics!?

Hello, well I'm 16 and my skin is oily, dull and it has blackspots and it's prone to blemish.I used Avon, L'oreal, La Roche Posay, Avene, Clean%26amp;Clear, Sebamed, Murad, Yves Rocher, Vichy, Sephora... Now I want to use something which will really effect. What should I do? Sorry about my English :)My face and my cosmetics!?
