Yes, just get someone to help you find the right product..then practice and you'll be able to do it yourself and make it look natural!

Everyone has one or more flaw that they want to cover up!!!!!
Yes it can and no they won't. You just have to be very careful that you find a color that matches your skin tone exactly. Remember that artificial light in stores can make the makeup color look really great on your skin....until you go outside, then it can turn a weird color in the sunlight. So make sure that you try the color out and then go outside to check and make sure it looks natural. If you go to a high end store like Macy's, Nordstroms, Sephora and the like, they will be able to help you match your skin tone. Don't be embarrassed, the ladies at those makeup counters are very helpful and understanding.
try it and see if you think it's noticeable. buy a concealer the approxmate shade of your skn and cover it wth pressed powder one shade lighter than your skin. if it doesn't look good to you than don't wear it. keep in mind that flaws are natural and gve a face character. also keep n mind that lots and lots of men wear makeu. more than i'm certain you realize.
i recommend lightening creams like the ones used in some Black and Asian beauty lines,

and if you do use concealer use one with a light smooth consistency. They even produce ones for men.

before using make sure you shave as even the smallest trace of stubble will look really weird, and moisturize and let it soak in.

this will make a smooth surface for the concealer

aim at blurring the dark spot and making it less noticeable rather than completely covering it, trust me it will look better this way

pat the concealer on with you fingers in a downwards movement

this warms the concealer and allows it to bond to the skin.

hope this helps, practice and check your work in different lighting.
