I ordered some makeup from the Too Faced website almost 2 weeks ago. They charged my credit card a day or two after I ordered it but I still haven't received it yet. Has anyone else had a problem like this and how was it resolved? I have tried to email them twice but have not received a response. I can't find a phone number anywhere to reach them.Trouble ordering and receiving Too Faced cosmetics?

Oh boy hopefully nothing happened to it. Do you know what carrier they use to deliver their products??? Most companies like that use ground coverage, and where did you have it sent to????
They ship from Cali, so it could take almost three weeks if it wasn't expressed shipped. Definitely email them with the details via their site. Did you print an order receipt, have the confirmation number ready as well.
